Before the roofing process began, the company’s rep, Raul, provided a detailed quote for three different kinds of roofs: “good,” “better,” and “best.” I picked the “best,” which is a Fortified roof, to get a discount on my homeowner’s insurance. I got cheaper quotes for Fortified roofs from other businesses, but I chose American Roofing in part because of its amazing 10-year workmanship warranty, which proves they have a lot of confidence in their ability to install roofs that last. Other roofers I dealt with offered warranties of only 5 years or less. Also, American Roofing did my nextdoor neighbor’s roof just a week before mine and I had an opportunity to see first-hand what a great job they do. Raul was always available to answer my questions before the project began. The crew arrived at 6:30 in the morning and was well-organized and very efficient. They cleaned up as the job progressed instead of waiting until they finished. I hope they are well-paid because they did an excellent job.
